Futsal Club Dynamic and sports centre The Kambergen welcome all teams, players, coaches and fans to the sports centre The Kambergen in Zelem and to our fourth international futsal tournament, that we organize during the Easter weekend on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 April 2003.
Sports centre The Kambergen in Zelem is situated in the hearth of our province Limburg. At only 5 Km distance of the big motorway intersection E314 Brussels-Aachen and E313 Antwerp-Lieges.It is very centrally situated at only 10 km of Hasselt, the beautiful capital of our province and 75 km of Aachen (Germany) and at 75 km of Antwerp and our Belgian capital city Brussels. The middle of Limburg is well known as a tourist area where you can have a lot of fun, next to playing football for instance. There is the beautiful town of Hasselt, which is well known.
The tournament will exist of 16 participating teams, divided into 4 groups of 4 clubs. Therefore, every participating team will play 3 group matches of 20 minutes. The numbers 1 and 2 of each group will go to the quarter finals of the Cup on Sunday and play another 3 matches of 20 minutes. The numbers 3 and 4 of each group will go to the quarter finals of the Plate and play another 3 matches of 20 minutes. So, regardless of the result, every participating club will play a total of 6 matches! Because our tournament is an international futsal tournament, all groups will be divided in such a way that there are always 4 different nationalities in 1 group! So, a maximum of 4 teams from the same country will be allowed at our tournament!
Immediately after the finals, every participating club will receive a cup, regardless of the result! And there are also cups for best player, best goalkeeper and the top scorer during the Cup competition as well as during the Plate competition!
The participating countries of our 3 previous tournaments were Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, England, Wales and Czech Republic. This time there is a big chance that some other nationalities will be represented at our 4th international futsal tournament so that it will be even more internationally tinted than our 3 previous tournaments.
