Let's open the
UMBRO Futsal Awards 2017 with the first list of nominees who are coming from women futsal, as by tradition.
Inaugurated in the 2015 edition, the
Best Woman Goalkeeper of the World category prize has immediately gained attention and enthusiasm from futsal lovers, with special regard to the ones more focused on the girls challenge.
In a sport often supported more by slogans, posts and hashtags (oh, gosh... modern times!) rather than actual efforts and real commitment, we use to say that #WomenPlayFutsalFIFA.
Well, we'll reveal you a secret: they
actually play futsal (FIFA & other stuff, but that's another matter) and many of them are outstanding interpreters of the game! Give the girls a chance to shine, provide them with more local and international challenges: they won't disappoint your expectations.
