Vietnam lose first match at international futsal friendly

Viet Nam’s men’s futsal team lost 3-1 to world No 8 Ukraine in their first match at a friendly tournament in China yesterday.

Minh Trí scored the only goal for the Asian side in the first half, sandwiched between three Ukraine goals in the 15th, 29th and 39th minutes.

In the second match on December 3, World Cup participant Viet Nam who are No 38 in the world, will play No 48 Mexico.
