Futsal Course underway

Close to 20 coaches and players are taking part in the FIFA /OFC Futsal Course underway at the Fiji Football Academy in Suva. The week-long program will help the players and officials better understand the sport.

OFC Futsal Development Officer, Paul Toohey, who is conducting the course says this program will help participants learn more about the sport and pass it on to other players. “We have got some new coaches and some experienced coaches coming together to try and get their knowledge to a new level but I think there is a broader context here is Fiji. The guys are very interested in how they can further develop the game.” Former national futsal coach, Intiaz Khan with players Meera Saheb and Suraj Chand are part of the program which finishes on Friday
