The Belarus Futsal Committee was in need of a voting process in order to decide. At the end, with a "6-3 win" (with 3 abstensions) as reported by the leading local portal Mini-Football.by, Andrei Tolmach has been appointed as new Belarusian Futsal National Team Head Coach replacing former technical guide Vladimir Ignatik, who was the second and only "rival" for the bench.

Though a general satisfaction for the work developed and achievements gained under the Ignatik management (appointed in 2014, see our news here) the belarusian futsal association decided not to renew him in an "automatic way", having missed the final stages of both continental and world challenges.

Andrei Tolmach, who was already working as Ignatik assistant, will therefore now take the lead of the team as head coach: good luck!
