Vital FootballRobbie dazzler against GermanyYork City Futsal's Robbie Bettson scored the opening goal in England's 3-3 draw with Germany in Hamburg on Tuesday evening.
The visitors were seeking revenge following a 5-3 defeat in the first meeting between the sides on Sunday afternoon.
And they were given the perfect start with Bettson - who has already struck five times for the Minstermen this season, including a hat-trick in their latest game - giving them a second-minute advantage following a cross by Stuart Cook.
But the Germans immediately responded through Daniel Frederick (3) and Timo De Georgio (15) to suddenly lead at the break.
However, Manchester's Richard Ward (29) levelled midway through the second-half, although the hosts once again instantly replied courtesy of Stefan Winkel (30).
That resulted in England, for whom Luke Ballinger was earning a record one-hundredth international cap, driving forward in search of a late equaliser.
It dramatically arrived with virtually the last kick of the game, Max Kilman of London Genesis intercepting on half-way and sensationally drilling into the top corner with just fifteen seconds remaining.
