This is the decision taken by FAM management during a meeting held on August 15th, as reported by Stadium Astro, writing the "end" word on the brilliant and invaluable work developed by the brazilian trainer and great former player Marcelo Serpa.

The first Chun Yong's task and mission are arriving soon, as he will have to set up the malaysian roster for the imminent AFF Futsal Championships to take place in Bangkok, Thailand. Malaysia have been drawn in group B together with Myanmar, Laos, Singapore and Indonesia.
