Bank of Beirut & Mayadeen to the Lebanese Futsal Cup Final

After battling out in the Lebanese futsal championship final, Bank of Beirut & Mayadeen will renew their battle in the Lebanese cup final this time! Indeed, both teams were able to beat their opponents in the semi finals to set up the dream final!

First, Mayadeen beat one of the most promising and young teams, Amal Bikfaya with a final score of 6-3. Rajcevic & Hassan Zaitoun scored 2 goals each for Mayadeen while Karim Abou Zeid added the 5th and Marc Rachwan scored an own goal. On the other hand, Mario Abou Jaoude, Marc Rachwan and Rawad Hayek scored Bikfaya’s goals. A lot of respect has to be given to this team, who forced the Lebanese champions into fielding the toughest line up to win!

Meanwhile, Bank of Beirut had a much easier game against the General security forces team, as the won 8-1. Goal scorers for BoB were Nassif Abboud (2), Ahmad Kheir El Dine (2), Hassan Hamoud, Moustafa Serhan, Ali Homsi and Mahdi Kobaissy. Raed Saleh on the other hand scored the losing team’s only goal.
