Dynamo stormed into Siberia and defeated Tyumen to advance to Russian Championship final

Dynamo thrashed Tyumen 8-3 on Sunday to complete a 3-0 series win and move into the final of the post-season playoffs. Hosts, who had perhaps been favourites to advance after were beaten the first two matches, were out of the blocks quickly once again and trailed a rampant Dynamo side 3-0 at half-time. The local crowd were treated to some superb goals as Fernandinho once again fired a hat-trick.

In the day's other playoff game, Gazprom pulled out an impressive victory to eliminate Sibiriak and complement the final match.
