Futsal Championship -
Registration open

European University Sports Association (EUSA, eusa.eu) is an umbrella organization of Europe's national university sports federations and has been organising and supervising, in addition to its work in 18 other sports, the European Universities Futsal Championship (EUC) since 2004. Several cities (Paralimni – Cyprus, Latina – Italy, Novi Sad – Serbia and Montenegro, Izola – Slovenia, Wroclaw – Poland, Podgorica – Montenegro, Zagreb – Croatia, Tampere – Finland and Malaga – Spain) have already hosted the event. Beside the EUC, EUSA introduced a multi-sport event, the European Universities Games (EUG) in 2012 which are held every odd year. Cordoba – Spain (2012) and Rotterdam – the Netherlands (2014) hosted futsal championship too.

Two important achievements are highlighted in the history of EUSA Futsal, the introduction of the women championship (in 2010) and the enlargement of the competition to 24 men and 12 women teams (first time in Tampere, in 2011). The upcoming EUC, which will be held in Poznan – Poland (August 2-9, 2015) will host up to 24 men and 12 women teams too. Registration for the event is already open. More information about the event is accessible on futsal2015.eusa.eu
