Iran’s national futsal team have been invited to play some friendly matches in Croatia.


Head of Iran’s Futsal Committee Alireza Eftekhari announced preparatory programs for Iran’s national futsal team for attending the Brazil Grand Prix.

Eftekhari said due to the congested national league fixtures, it is difficult to arrange a preparatory training camp for the national team and the team will have some warm-up matches with local teams .
He added that Croatian Futsal officials have Invited Iran to play some friendly matches in Croatia.

Eftekhari said the Croatian federation has proposed three dates for the friendly matches.

He went on to say that one of the proposed date is impossible but Iran’s futsal committee is studying the other two options.

December 4-8 and January 8-12 are the other two options which will be proper and Iran will choose one of them and it will be announced soon, he added.
