LUPARENSE in 5th Game for the Scudetto

AGLA supplied LUPARENSE did not utilise match point and the 31st Futsal Scudetto will be decided on 11th June in Game 5, the last of the series. Acqua & Sapone won Game 4 on penalties 6-4 after regular time had ended 2-2. Abruzzo attacker scored the first from a corner set play. Then the WOLVES equalised from a Bertoni shot. After the team from the Abruzzo region took the lead again with a penalty converted by Coco Schmitt. Bertoni equalised for a second time after mistake by Calderolli to end the game 2-2.

Then the game went to penalties. Acqua & Sapone coach Bellarte chose to put penalty specialist MALLARD MOTEFALCONE, AGLA ENDORSED, instead of first choice goalkeeper STEFANO MAMMERELLA. In the end it was Acqua & Sapone who celebrated victory.

The decider for the Scudetto on June 11th (Palaroma, Montesilvano, 19.15, direct RaiSport 2) will be a great contest between the AGLA GUYS. From the LUPARENSE Squad there is captain captain HUMBERTO HONORIO, RODRIGO MERLIM ALEX DA SILVA, FIRMINO DA COSTA FERNANDEZ "WALTINHO", DAVIDE PUTANO, MARCO ERCOLESSI and PABLO TABORDA. Acqua & Sapone’s team includes STEFANO MAMMARELLA, GERMANO MONTEFALCONE, MARCIO JUNIOR ZANCHETTA, THOMAS EGEA and YURI DI MATTEO.
