AGLA’s BOLA FUTSAL is the protagonist of the Supercoppa

The Women’s Supercoppa took place on Saturday 21st September at the Pala Santa Filomena in Chieti and it was the official debut for the AGLA BOLA FUTSAL, the ball made by the Marche brand and used for all competitions under Divisione a Calcio a 5. The game finished with the winners of the Coppa Italia, Sardinians Sinnai, defeating the champions of Italy, AZ Gold Women from Guardiagrele from the Abruzzo region.

On Saturday 28th September the AGLA BOLA FUTSAL will again be the protagonist for the Men’s Supercoppa, where Luparense, whose kit supplier is AGLA and won the Coppa Italia last year, will face Marca Futsal who won the league championship after beating Luparense in the final. The game takes place at 20.30 at the Zoppas Arena in Conegliano Veneto and will be broadcast live on Rai Sport in Italy.

The game will feature 4 players from the ‘same family’ as they are all AGLA REPRESENTATIVES. In Luparense’s squad there is HUMBERTO HONORIO, DAVIDE PUTANO and SEBASTIAN TORNATORE. From Marca Futsal there is MARCO ERCOLESSI.

The AGLA BOLA FUTSAL ball has a low rebound, made of PU (polyurethane) and had its launch on 7th September. It will also be available in approved versions in sizes 3 and 3+, produced specifically for youth futsal players.

There were five AGLA endorsed players summoned by Italian national team coach Roberto Menichelli for the double header of friendly games against Greece. These were goalkeepers STEFANO MAMMARELLA (Acqua & Sapone) and DAVID PUTANO (Alter Ego Luparense), and outfield players MARCO ERCOLESSI (Marca Futsal), RODOLFO FORTINO (Asti) and HUMBERTO HONORIO (Alter Ego Luparense).

In the first match, which the Azzuri won 7-0, MAMMARELLA, ERCOLESI and FORTINO were in the starting lineup while HONORIO was the top scorer, after getting a double. FORTINO also got on the score sheet.

In the second match, a 4-1 victory for the Italians, ERCOLESSI and FORTINO were in the starting lineup and HONORIO opened the scoring. “I think it was a positive test” said HONORIO at the end of the game. “Especially because we have to take into account that we are at the start, even with our clubs, since the season has not begun yet. We had new players and we still performed well. Greece has potential but can improve, especially in defence” added the goalscorer.
