Brig Abdullah inaugurates Futsal in DHA

Karachi—Administrator DHA Brig Muhammad Abdullah inaugurated a newly constructed Futsal, a mini play ground for playing football and other games on a smaller pitch, in a simple ceremony held at Khayaban-e Hilal in DHA Ph-VI. DHA has recently made four Futsals in various phases of DHA to provide safe and secure playing facilities to children of the area.

These Futsals are located at Khayaban-e Hilal (near Lane 6 and 7) DHA Ph-VI, Qasim Pumping Station, Khayaban-e Hafiz DHA Ph-VI, 16th Street near Creek Vistas DHA Ph-VIII and another near Hamza Mosque DHA Ph-VIII.

While speaking on the occasion, he said that DHA has constructed these Futsals to provide healthy recreational and sports facilities for children.

He said that the facility is open to the public and DHA will continue to provide best recreational, sports and healthy facilities to its residents.

A large number of people including reps of residents’ associations, notables of the area, media personnel and DHA officials attended the ceremony.
