Celtic United a finalist at the FUTSAL national competition

Celtic United, a U17 team from New Jersey has reached the top of the Futsal Competition. Their recent 2012-2013 accomplishments culminated by reaching the National Championships in Kansas City Missouri on Feb. 16 and 17.

Their journey was long and hard but well worth it as their accomplishment to the top was one of the greatest performances the team has had in the game of Futsal.

The Celtic United are a grassroots team with incredibly skilled and talented players that play for the passion of the game. Its foundation is built on friendship, trust, creativity, teamwork, respect and integrity.

Coach Eddie Gallego, Coach Julio Vicente, J.P. Congolino, Justin Vicente, and Robert Barrese represented Parsippany.

The team is coached by Julio Vicente and Ed Gallego and is captained by Matthew Gallo, Justin Vicente and Teddy Yerdon.
