As expected, at the PalaTiziano in Rome on 29th December it was a great afternoon of sport and entertainment, full of femaile futsal and charitable initiatives. An event that AGLA, sponsor of the futsal league, coul not miss.

The whole event had a social purpose and was called "Futsal in Pink for children". This project had a dual message which was to increase awareness of Dravet Syndrome and the other to fight against drugs with the slogan "No Drugs, Be Free". The latter was launched by Divisione Calcio a 5 in collaboration with the Department of Anti-Drug Policy from the presidency of the Council of Ministers.

The final and decisive game saw Group B defeat Group C 3-2. Pasquali was decisive again. She opened the scoring, then Group C equalised before Benetti restored the advantage. In the second half there were goals from Bennardo and Pasquali which meant Group B were the winners and were able to celebrate their victory.
Between the second and third games there was a presentation by the President of the Futsal League, Favrizio Tonelli, and also attented by former European and World Champion fencer and TV presenter, Margherita Granbassi. She sponsored the "Football in pink for children" initiative. (Margherita Granbassi is here holding this stylish shirt made by AGLA)
As an interlude between the 3 team tournament and the All Star Game, there were two semi-finals of a friendly tournament between two U14 teams. In the first game Nazareth defeated Roma 1-0, whilst in the second FB5 Team Rome recorded a 3-2 victory against Lazio Calcetto.
Last but not least, of course, was the All Star Game which saw a team of Italian players face a team of foreign players who play in the Italian league. The first half ended with the scores level at 2-2 with the foreigners starting strongly with two strikes from Dalla Villa. The Italains, however, regrouped before the interval with goals from Bellucci and Siclari.
During the half time of the All Star Game the 3rd place playoff of the U14 tournament was held with Roma taking the bronze medal by beating Lazio 2-1.
The All Star Game was decided by a penalty by Vitale in the final minutes for the Italians. The foreigners made a final assault to level the scores with Cary as fly goalkeeper and Patri Jornet hitting the post. It ended 3-2 and attention immediately switched to the final of the U14 tournament between Team FB5 Rome and Nazareth. The latter would win the four team tournament with a narrow 1-0 victory to end a great day of celebration and sport.
AGLA presents the model FANTHON 60 NEW GENERATION, one of the top models, improved in line with the philosophy of the brand. AGLA, in fact, aims to achieve two specific objectives; to prevent injuries to players and collect feedback from the court, that is directly from suggestions provided by the best players in the league. The Research and Development department utilises the advice from university research, meanwhile AGLA craftsman create footwear which is the finest in futsal.
The FANTHON 60 NEW GENERATION is a professional piece of footwear from the latest range, made with the application of three different materials. The sole is made of natural rubber with AGLA ANTI-SHOCK SYSTEM at the heel to prevent tendinitis and micro-traumas that with time may damage the ligaments. The shoe is created with an innovative buffer system that protects the forefoot. The most interesting technical innovation is the application of a reinforced TPU (recently developed material) area on the outside of the shoe itself, which locks in the heel, to make the shoe at one with the foot. A design feature that reduces the risk of injury.
Many players have already chosen the AGLA FANTHON 60 NEW GENERATION, now available in new and more stunning colours.
