Women's Futsal Friendly Results Taipei-SCSC women's futsal club completed their 2012-Japan Tour with two friendly matches.
On November 24, Taipei-SCSC faced a strong Tokai All-Stars Team (Central Japan Select Team) at the TEVA Ocean Arena in Nagoya .
Playing their first futsal match outside Taiwan, a 3:2 win was a dream start for the Chinese Taipei Club.
On November 26 they faced an even tougher opponent and Chinese Taipei club lost 5 :1 to Japan Women's Futsal National Team.
"This was a great experience. To win in our first match helped us build some confidence."said the Taipei-SCSC coach Fatih Kale.
"As for the second match, Japanese Women are Asian Champions and finished 5th at the 2011 Women Futsal World Cup.
No need to explain how good they are. On the other hand we are a club side with a limited squad. Our Goalkeeper is just 15 years old.
Despite this contrast, we were able to hold Japan to a 0:0 until the 20th minute. We now know that we can compete against the best in
Asia. With some good planning and hard work, we can achieve even better things. We will continue with international friendly matches to
gain more experience"
