St Pats wins futsal state championships

PATRICIAN Brothers' College Blacktown's futsal side scored 47 goals on their way to the under-16s NSW championship at Penrith Indoor Sports Stadium recently.

They were undefeated in their six games and secured the title with a 5-3 win over Horningsea Park's John Edmondson High School.

"Special mention to our goalkeeper Joshua Capaldi who was present between the sticks,'' coach Mark Arnold said.

"He took the heart out of the opposition."
