Latin America Teams Face Drawing for Futsal World

Representatives of eigth Latin American nations were divided into six groups for the preliminary phase of the Futsal World VII, based here 1 to 8 November, according to a draw made today by the organizers.

Teams from Paraguay and Costa Rica will be in the Group A along with Ukraine and the host country, based in Bangkok Futsal Arena stadium.

Panama will be part of B, alongside Spain, Iran and Morocco pavilions Huamark and Nimibutr Indoor Stadium in the Thai capital.

There will be also Brazil, Japan, Lybia and Portugal of C to play at the Stadium Korat Chatcha Hall of the city Nakhon Ratchasima.

Selections from Argentina and Mexico match in the D escorted by Italy and Australia at capital Nimibutr stadium.

For the E teams are Egypt, Serbia, Czech Republic and Kuwait, while Guatemala and Colombia played this instance against Russia and the Solomon Islands in F.

It will be the first global event where 24 teams attend, including 23 classified as more upstream Thai selection, with assured place for hosting the tournament.

Participating teams, divided into six groups of four teams, will bid for the top two positions of each item or be among the four best third to access the next round.

The opening match will witness the Ukraine-Paraguay clash on 1 November in Bangkok Futsal Arena Stadium at 17:00 local time, according to schedule.

This World Cup edition will feature four official facilities, three stadiums in Bangkok and one in Nakhon Ratchasima, a town some 150 kilometers northeast of the capital.

The sudden death stage begins with the round of 11 and 12 November, the quarter-final on the 14th, 16th and semi final dispute turner, along with discussion of the third and fourth seats, will take place November 18.
