Over 26 business houses take part in Futsal Tournament

More than twenty six business houses are taking part in the eight weeks competition of Corporate Social Futsal Tournament.

While opening the tournament yesterday, Minister for Youth and Sports Viliame Naupoto said that sports breaks down barriers and creates teamwork to improve our learning skills which can also be good for organisations.

This initiative was implemented by the Fiji sports Council to involve all workers in active sports to fight against NCD's and other related diseases.

Naupoto was also playing for the Ministry for Youth and Sports team which beat Fiji Times 3-0 on the first game.

The tournament includes Netball, Volleyball, Football, Basketball and also Water Polo.
