First Futsal annual general meeting

The first FMA annual general meeting was held last Saturday at Corradino Pavilion.

Forty one member clubs have confirmed their affiliation with FMA to participate in the next season’s FMA National Futsal League.

FMA will be organising the National Futsal League for the first time after it was accepted as a full member association with the Malta Football Association.

During the AGM, FMA Officials were reconfirmed in their respective positions. The FMA statute was approved subject to amendments being proposed by Council Members to be confirmed during an EGM to be set up shortly. FMA also launched its facebook page https://www.facebook.com/FutsalMaltaAssociation.

The first council meeting will be held in the coming weeks to discuss and confirm the League Structure and Competition Regulations.

FMA President Donald Spiteri thanked the MFA, in particular President Norman Darmanin Demajo and CEO Bjorn Vassallo, his colleagues at FMA and the council members present for their full support.
