Kairat Takes Futsal Victory in Ekaterinburg

The Almaty futsal club, “Kairat” has visited Yekaterinburg as part of its preparations for the UEFA Cup. The club held several test matches. A tentative lineup of “Kairat” was tried during one of them which lost to local “Sinara”, 4-1. All the leading players of the Kazakh team played with these rivals in another match. At first, “Kairat” seemed to be losing. Rafael Katata da Rosa managed to bring the score level. In the second half, the hosts broke the rules and thereby put Katata out of action. A penalty kick was accurately performed by Alexandre Moraes de Oliveira, who hit the target and scored a brilliant goal. Leo Santana was the one to score the third goal for “Kairat”. “Kairat” won with a score of 3-2

"Confident actions in the defence were very encouraging. In addition, we did not allow the opponents to fulfill many actions in the game and created more situations with scoring chances".
