Perth Youth Futsal
THE Perth Youth Futsal sessions resume tonight with the usual start time of 7pm for the PYF Skillz School, followed by the 8pm start for the 14/15 league and the 9pm start for the 16/17 league.
There are still spaces left for any players wishing to participate in the PYF Skillz School, which is open to any player aged up to 14 years old.

Teams are reminded the next PYF Bonus Ball draw will be made tomorrow. Any teams that have not yet submitted their completed entry forms should do so at tonight’s sessions.
Perth Youth Futsal, incorporating Scottish League and Cup winner Perth Saltires, are pleased to announce the appointment of Petros Konstantinou as Technical Advisor to the club for an initial two year period with an option to extend further.
Mr Konstantinou had been the Head Coach of the Cyprus National Futsal Team and is now Technical Director of the Cypriot Futsal Champions AC Omonia Nicosia FS.
Perth Youth Futsal chairman Stephen Chatila said "I'm delighted to announce this appointment as it is an indication of the progress our club is making. Petros was in Perth last July to hold a series of Futsal coaching clinics for us and we are delighted that he has agreed to continue assisting us with advice as well as plans for further coaching clinics to be held in Perth."

In a further development, PYF are also delighted to announce formal partnerships with Gingasports.com and FutsalFever.com, with particular emphasis on the development and hosting of Coaching courses and advancement of coaching knowledge in the UK.
As part of this link-up, the club will be sending two coaches to London next month to attend a Futsal coaching seminar hosted by Brazilian national Futsal manager Marco Sorato.
The club’s Perth Saltires were in action on Monday night when they played in the national league. A composed performance saw the team record a comfortable win and maintain their position at the top of the league. The younger Perth Youth Saltires were also in action that night and saw them record another win to keep the team in a comfortable mid-table position.
The club are looking for additional volunteers to help as coaches / admin so that the club can continue making progress. If interested, get in touch.
