SUMMARY:
The Futsal Club “TOLIGMA” of the Kishinau City, Moldova, writing to invite you to take part in the Moldovan Annual International Futsal Tournament “TOLIGMA OPEN 2005” from Thursday the 6th of October till Sunday the 9th of October 2005 in the City of Kishinau, the Capital of the Republic of Moldova.
The Moldovan Annual Futsal Tournament “TOLIGMA OPEN 2005” sanctioned by the MFA. The best Moldovan teams will be competing against some of the world’s best Club Teams from Ukraine, Russia, Byelorussia, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Portugal, England, Scotland, Belgium and the Netherlands.
The event will take place at the Kishinau Athletes Centre. The indoor arena hosts a terra flex playing surface with changing rooms, showers, tiered seating and offers a state of the art sauna, bar and restaurant.
Entry Fee to the Tournament is € 350 (Three Hundred Fifty Eur) per team.
* Entry Fees are not included in the accommodation, meals, internal transportation and transfers. The trips that are suggested are an example to fill in your own program. Off course, it is also possible to choose your own trip in. Further information of possible tours is available at the Tournament Office. Transport is not included. Clubs who take care of their own transport have to take into account, depending on their leisure program, approximately 60 to 80 miles per day.
This event is shaping up to be the fantastic days out and includes the following:
· all teams are guaranteed 6 games of 40 minutes each;
· games kick off at 9.00am with the final kicking off at 9.00pm;
· all accommodation (half board) for all persons;
· all internal transportations;
· a personal translator per team;
· a touristy entertainment will be organized;
· a party will be at the end of the tournament also there is an offer for the extra number of persons.
We are recruiting 16 teams in total, places in the tournament are still available but will be allocated on a first come - first served basis.

As soon as we have your Official Application Form, you are registered and we will send you a confirmation! To secure your team’s place simply - fill out the form, enclose your € 350 Entry Fee and send it back to us.

PROGRAM:
Wednesday 5th – Team Arrival, Reception and briefing, 8.00pm, Kishinau Athletes Centre.
Thursday 6th – Saturday 9th, Tournament matches, 9.00am-9.00pm.
Sunday 9th – Tournament Finals, Gala Dinner and Presentation 7.00pm – late!
Monday 10th – Teams Depart.
The tournament will exist of 16 participating teams, divided into 4 groups of 4 clubs. Therefore, every participating team will play 3 group matches of 40 minutes. The numbers 1 and 2 of each group will go to the quarter finals of the Cup and play another 3 matches of 20 minutes. The numbers 3 and 4 of each group will go to the quarter finals of the Plate and play another 3 matches of 40 minutes. So, regardless of the result, every participating club will play a total of 6 matches! Because our tournament is an international futsal tournament, all groups will be divided in such a way that there are always 3 different nationalities in 1 group! So, a maximum of 4 teams from the same country will be allowed at our tournament!
Official referees from the Moldovan Football Association will control the matches.

THE PRIZES:
The overall winner of the Tournament will receive the “TOLIGMA OPEN 2005” CUP.
The proceeds from the event will allocate as follows:
40% – prize-winning fund / 1st place of 40%, 2nd place-30%, 3rd place of-20%, 4th place of-10% from the sum of prize-winning fund/
60% – organizational fund (payment arbitration of games, rent of a sports hall etc.).

WINE FESTIVAL:
During our international futsal tournament you can visit the Moldovan Annual Wine Festival.
Since ancient times the people living between the Prut and Nistru rivers have celebrated the end of the grape harvest and birth of their new wine. Every winegrowing family joins in these festival activities.
In autumn the courtyards of village houses are transformed into miniature wineries. The freshly picked grapes are placed in the wine press and squeezed. The "ravac", that’s the first must of unfermented wine to be squeezed out of the grapes, is poured into the waiting casks. All villagers have a cellar in or near their house in which a cask or two are kept for guests, for holidays, or simply for when everyone is in a good mood.
For many of the traditional celebrations, such as the tasting of sweet must, everybody is welcome to join in. The villager invites his guests into his courtyard and proudly serves them the harvest from his vineyard.
Moldova has instituted a National Wine Festival, which is held on the second Sunday in October. This formalizes an old tradition that, as soon as the new wine had settled, the winegrower invites friends and neighbours to taste the new wine. Everyone joins the winegrowers in the "hora" dances at wine holiday time.
This is when you will also fully appreciate the meaning of the traditional toast "Noroc", which has many meanings, including, hello, good luck, happiness, health, may your wishes come true, etc.

ARRIVING IN MOLDOVA:
1. BUS:
One can travel to almost any part of Moldova by bus.
There are two bus stations in Kishinau: The Main Bus station and The South-East Bus Station.
2. RAILWAY:
There is one railway station in Kishinau.
3. AIR:
Foreign citizens including tourists can enter the country via the International Airport Kishinau Border Crossing.
12 air companies carry out services of passenger transportation via the International Airport Kishinau including three local companies that weekly ensure 100 regular and charter flights, connecting Kishinau with 21 cities from 14 countries of the world.

VISA REGIME:
Currently the Republic of Moldova maintains a visa regime with the majority of states in the world except CIS member-states and Romania. The holders of UNO passports, of diplomatic passports who are citizens of EU, Canada and USA as well as the holders of service and diplomatic passports who are citizens of the Republic of Cyprus, Peoples Chinese Republic, Islamic Republic of Iran, State of Israel and Republic of Turkey can travel without visas in the Republic of Moldova.

ACCOMMODATION:
Team accommodation has been arranged in Kishinau.
Hostel or Hotel 2* (6 days – 5 nights/FB) – from € 70,00 per person per night.

Hotel 3* or 4* (6 days – 5 nights/HB) – from € 80,00 per person per night.

Teams should comprise no more than 12 players and 2 trainers, and the tournament organizers must be notified of additional visitors as soon as possible.

· 2nd Step: after payment confirmation the Official Tounament’s Tourist Company “POLICUVINT” s.r.l. directly contacts you to found better accommodation and meals for you; you can advance until 15th of August 300 EUR per person for 14 persons plus 100 EUR per person for each of additional visitors (Go to the DETAILS OF PAYMENT).
· 3rd Step: payment of the remaining sum until 31st of August (Go to the DETAILS OF PAYMENT).
