Dear futsal friend,

I would like to invite your Futsal Team to participate in our 10th international Futsal tournament The Dynamic Euro Cup 2009.
We will organize it in sports centre Alverberg in Hasselt Belgium during the Easter weekend on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 April 2009! Sports centre Alverberg is situated in our beautiful province Limburg, at only 5 minutes away from the big motorway E313. It is very centrally situated at only 2 km from our beautiful provincial capital Hasselt, only at 70 km from Aachen (Germany) and only at 80 km from Antwerp and the Belgian capital Brussels. Sports centre the Alverberg in Hasselt is one of the biggest indoor sports centre’s in our area with +- 2500 seats.

The tournament will exist of 32 participating teams, divided into 8 groups of 4 teams. Therefore every participating team will play 3 group matches of 20 minutes. The numbers 1 and 2 of each group (16 teams) will go to the 1/8 finals of the Cup on Sunday and play another 4 matches of 20 minutes. The numbers 3 of each group (8 teams) will go to the 1/4 finals of the Plate and play another 3 matches of 20 minutes. The numbers 4 of each group (8 teams) will go to the 1/4 finals of the Bowl and play another 3 matches of 20 minutes. So, regardless of the result every participating team will play minimum 6 matches! Because our tournament is an international futsal tournament all groups will be divided in such a way that there are always 3 different nationalities in 1 group! So a maximum of 8 teams from the same country will be allowed at our tournament! Immediately after the finals every participating team will receive a cup regardless of the result! And there are also cups for best player, best goalkeeper and the top scorer during the Cup competition as well as during the Plate and Bowl competition! There will be also a fair play cup this year. The participating countries in 2009 are from : Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, England, Czech Republic, France and maybe some other countries.

As soon as we have your entry form you are registered and we will send you a confirmation! If you wish I can give you the necessary information about the hotels in Hasselt! We can also give you some tourist information about Hasselt, if you want to!
