16. INTERNATIONAL OUTDOOR (INDOOR RULES) FUTSAL TOURNAMENT "DHL CUP 2006"

Dear sportfriends,

Because of the succes in the past we will once again organise the outdoor (indoor rules) football tournament in the event of KOPER NIGHT, biggest summer party on the Slovenian coast. Koper is small town and in this night come people from all coutry and last year we count 100.000 person. It's situated 10 km from Trieste - Italy.

The tournament will be played in the friday 28th and saturday 29th of july 2006.

Entry are possible for Competition teams only. For the 4th year will participate also U-10 team.

On Friday the preliminary rouds will be played with teams nearest home, for the teams wich have choise to play only on Saturday they mast advice in the entry form.

The referees of the tournament will be provided by the Soccer referees association of Slovenia.
The rules will be FUTSAL FIVE A SIDE with Slovenian national insert (NZS 4+1)

In the evening there will be live music (various concert) and 10 various bbq with local meat and fish menu. The playground is situated in the center of the town, and you don't need car for mouving.

Our invitations have been sand early this year so we can accommodate all the teams who want to stay for the night. If you want more information about accommodation pleas call our information.

The entry costs for the tournament will be EUR 100.-. This costs have to be paid when you enter the tournament bat till the 24th july 2006.

For every teams there will be something to remember the tournament. We also have prices for the first four placed teams ; As well as trofei for the best goalkeeper, best player, and the best stryker of the tournament and last but not least there will be a fairplay cup.

PAPAS DREAM TEAM DRUGIÈ ZAPORED OSVOJIL DHL FUTSAL CUP

V ponovitvi lanskoletnega finala je 16. tradicionalni turnir v futsalu za DHL CUP 2006, kateri šteje v serijo www.Bamida.com že drugo leto zapored pripadel koprski ekipi Papas dream team. Turnir je prvi dan prekinilo moèno neurje, kar je organizatorjem povzroèilo veliko preglavic, vendar fantje organizatorja so se še enkrat veè izkazali, saj so drugi dan uspeli spraviti pod streho zaostalih 11 tekem z igrami na 3 igrišèih hkrati. Pohvala gre tudi ekipam, ki so odigrale tekme na pomožnih igrišèih ŠRC Bonifika.
Najveèje preseneèenje je pripravila ekipa MSC Koper, ki je že v prvem krogu izloèila favorizirani TVD LVIV iz Ukraine, ki so tudi letos prišli v Slovenijo, kljub poostrenem pridobivanju vstopnih viz, zaradi katerih niso sodelovale ekipe iz Moldavije in Nigerije, katere so se tudi prijavile na turnir. V polfinale so se uvrstili tri nosilci, Ukraince kot èetrte nosilce je zamenjala ekipa Flamengo xice88.net. V prvem polfinalu je Leka bar odpravila s 4:2 Žagarstvo Mazej. V drugem polfinalu pa so igralci Papasa imeli veè sreèe-znanja pri streljanju najstrožjih strelov. Rezultat v rednem delu je bil 2:2. V tekmi za tretje mesto so ekipi streljali 6 metrovke in Žagarstvo Mazej je z 2:0 premagalo Flamengo xice 88.net.
V velikem finalu smo videli zanimivo tekmo kjer so prvi povedli Papas z zadetkom najboljšega igralca turnirja Lakoseljca. Leka bar je najprej izenaèila z Mitrakovièem in do polèasa je Zorè poskrbel za vodstvo z 1:2. V drugem polèasu so igralci Papasa pritisnili na vso moè in prišli do zasluženega izenaèenja preko Simièa. O zmagovalcu so ponovno odloèali kazenski streli, katere je meril tudi speedometer (radar hitrosti žoge). V pravi drami je Leka bar kar štiri krat imela zakljuèno žogo za zmago vendar je na koncu mladi Gašper Vrhovec (njegov najmoènejši strel je znašal 128 km/h) bolje streljal kot najboljši strelec turnirja Ivanov in Papasu zagotovil konèno zmago.

Za zmagovalno ekipo so nastopali
Slaven Radiškoviè, Mladen Majcen, Valdi Lakoseljac, Gašper Vrhovec, Darko Tokiè, Dejan Simiè, Igor Osredkar.
