We were supposed to write a sport report, and we will do that. But in the meantime worldwide media report that at least 12 people have been killed and several injured in an attack on Libya's electoral commission headquarters in the capital, Tripoli. Let's hope this country can stay in peace, maybe sports can help as well!

Libyan Futsal Cup debut

Al Ahli from Benghazi conquered the first ever Libyan Futsal cup of the story! The red&white club managed to defeat Al-Akhdar Al-Bayda with a 5-3 score on past Saturday, April 28th in the "sold out" Al-Bayda Sports Hall.

That's the dreamed title for Al-Ahli, after "suffering" a runners up position in the national league won by Al-Ittihad.

Celebrations for the title were run the day after in the football stadium, after Al-Akhdar's supporters didn't "allow" Al-Ahli team to celebrate in their sports venue.
