Iran Futsal Remains Unchanged in World Rankings

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - The Iranian national futsal team remained unchanged in sixth place in the latest world rankings.

The Iranian team sits sixth in the ranking with 1654 points.

Brazil is on top with 1935 points, followed by Spain (1807), Russia (1700), Portugal (1696) and Argentina (1691).

Team Melli still is the best Asian futsal team.

Japan and Thailand are 15th and 18th respectively in the world rankings.

Iran futsal team prepares for the 2018 AFC Futsal Championship which will be held in Chinese Taipei in February.

Team Melli is in pot 1 along with host Chinese Taipei, Uzbekistan and Thailand.
