Thailand reach the AFF Futsal Championship final after a marvelous comeback win over Malaysia

Defending champions Thailand staged a marvelous fightback by rallying from three goals down to beat Malaysia 5-3 to book a spot in the final of the AFF Futsal Championship at Hua Mark Indoor Stadium on Friday.

The Malaysians, who reached the last four as the Group B runners-up, silenced the home crowd by taking a 3-0 lead at halftime before the Thai side turned the game on its head after the break, scoring three goals in five minutes before securing a hard-fought win.

They will face Myanmar in the title showdown on Sunday at the same venue. The game kicks off at 7pm.
