Roseland winter soccer program returns

ROSELAND – The Recreation Department is conducting a Winter Indoor Youth “Futsal” Soccer Program, which will be held on Saturday mornings for six weeks, from Saturday, Feb. 4 through Saturday, March 18 with no session on Saturday, Feb. 18 for the winter break.

There is a maximum of 12 and a minimum of eight participants required to run the program. The fee for this activity is $75 and checks should be made payable to the Borough of Roseland.

Forms are available online at www.roselandnj.org or at the Recreation Office. Forms should be brought in or mailed to: Roseland Recreation Department, 140 Eagle Rock Avenue, Roseland, NJ 07068. The deadline for registrations is Friday, Jan. 27.

All sessions will be conducted at the Lester C. Noecker Sierchio Gym. Each participant must bring their own shin guards. For snow information, call 226-6552 #3 no earlier than one hour before the scheduled session time.
