Auki Futsal Challenge tomorrow

The most anticipated Auki Futsal Challenge is set to kick off this weekend at the Aligegeo Futsal Court, Malaita province.

A total of 24 Futsal teams have already registered for the challenge and are confirmed to battle each other out in the week-long competition.

The competition starts tomorrow - the 17th till 24th December 2016.

A total of four pools have been formed where the top two teams from each pool will automatically qualify for the quarter-finals.

The Futsal challenge is attracting some good decent prizes.

The first prize is $4,000 cash plus shield and medals.The second prize $2,500 plus medals, the third prize is $2,000 with medals and finally the 4th price is $1000.

Some individual prizes are up for grab during the challenge which includes a golden boot award, best young player of the tournament and of course the golden hand for the best goalkeeper of the competition.

Futsal fans in Auki town this weekend will have something to cheer at Aligegeo Futsal court come tomorrow.
