He used to be an amazing goalkeeper, in the golden times of Action 21 Charleroi (sharing the goal with Eder Fehrmann) and Morlanwelz (and not only: Sambreville, Rizzi Farciennes, GDL Chatelet, Onu Seraing and Sahin Hasselt could also enjoy his skills), as well as with the diables rouges of Belgium.
But was immediately clear that this was not the unique chapter of Luca Cragnaz's (Photo courtesy: URBSFA) futsal life, as he proved to be an important and promising coach with Futsal Morlanwelz, also collaborating with former Belgium coach Alain Dopchie in the national selections staff.

And, since today, starts a new and exciting story as the URBSFA appointed Luca Cragnaz as new national team head coach of Belgium. Definitely a good choice, after this summer curious and unusual "job offer" posted in the federation web site, looking for the new coach.

Cragnaz, who was still coaching Futsal Morlanwelz in the domestic Division 1 will be replaced by former Futsal Roselies Rodrigo Zico.
