Playing at home means... more responsibilities. And now we have the list of 14 players who, together with the head coach Osmar Fonnegra and the technical staff, will assume that burden.

We're obviously talking about the Colombian National team that will host the imminent FIFA Futsal World Cup in the cities of Medellin, Bucaramanga and Cali.

Nine of them (Ñañez, Otero, Reyes, Abril, Sierra, Caro, Giraldo Toro, Duque and Fonnegra) were already attending the former worldwide challenge in Thailand, four years ago. Some new names were not expected but in the end they deserved to be in the list, according to head coach Fonnegra: Gildardo Zúñiga and Javier Ortiz.

The roster will be concentrated in Medellin since August 16th, curious to mention that the 13 players currently involved in the domestic league Liga Argos Futsal will miss some games of the competition that won't be stopped.

Colombia will play in Group A with Portugal, Uzbekistan and Panama, dreaming about one more historical performance like the one gained (4th place) in Thailand or... maybe more than this? We'll see.
