professionalfutsal.comPFL announces winners of #PFLNext social media competitionFRISCO, TX - The Professional Futsal League is pleased to announce the 10 winners of the social media competition, #PFLNext, who will play in the PFL All-Star Showcase with futsal legends Falcão and Ricardinho.
PFLNext winners represent eight different countries from around the world:
• Nabil Akaazoun: Netherlands
• José Eduardo Goulart: Brazil
• Raducio King: England
• Brayden Lissington: New Zealand
• Daniel Mattos: USA
• Eddie Menacho: USA
• Hugo Rodrigues: Canada
• Felipe Salvador: Brazil
• Tainã Santos: Italy
• Rico Zulkarnain: Australia
"On behalf of the league, I would like to congratulate the 10 PFLNext players who will join Falcão and Ricardinho at the PFL All-Star Showcase," said Michael Hitchcock, PFL CEO. "What an incredible opportunity for these players to showcase their ability by playing in front of PFL Owners and thousands of futsal fans. The PFL looks forward to showcasing the beauty and diversity of the global sport of futsal on August 4."
Ten winners were selected based on ⅓ online fan vote, ⅓ PFL Front Office, and ⅓ vote from Falcão and Ricardinho.
Online fan voting generated 78,835 total votes. The PFL would like to thank all of the fans who made PFLNext a success by taking part in the league's first-ever social media competition.
In addition to the PFLNext contest winners, Falcão and Ricardinho will each bring additional international futsal all-stars to play for Team Falcão or Team Ricardinho. The league will announce their guest all-stars in the upcoming weeks.
The PFL All-Star Showcase will be held at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida on August 4, 2016. Fans can attend the PFL All-Star Showcase by purchasing a ticket to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort ($17 adult, $12 child). Disney Season Pass holders and World Futsal Championship participants will receive FREE admission.
