Dynamo snatch a hard win over Gazprom and stay unbeatenDynamo’s classy comeback fired them to the summit of the Russian Championship chart as they won the top-of-the-table clash with Gazprom from Yugorsk 4-3.
The visitants’ frontman struck the opener with just 5 minutes on the clock, with Tchishkala adding the second soob before the break to send the hosts two goals down. And although they pulled one back through Nando, Gazprom held on to give their title hopes a major boost scoring the third. To make things worse, Temur Alekberov’s side had to play the second half with one man down after defender Nando was sent off moments after the interval.
However, Aleksandr Fukin’s header broke the deadlock towards the midst of the second half which witnessed quite a few chances, while Rômulo scored from the 10-meters spot after 38 minutes into the game to ensure Moscow at least took the one point.
Gazprom were reduced in the 46th minute when Robinho was shown a red card. They suffered a further blow as Dynamo weathered the storm and took the sting out of the game with a fourth goal after 47 minutes.
