The second and third (on a total amount of 40 including those matches) ever game on ukrainian soil (the only previous game was played on 4/9/2007: Ukraine vs Uzbekistan 7-1) for the home team, the first ever "away" matches for the italian girls. Women futsal history will be then written in capital letters on next thursday and saturday in Lviv, where the "supposed" Freedom Cup has turned into a couple of international friendlies between Ukraine and Italy, having no chance to replace Georgia and find a fourth nation for the challenge.

Both coaches have announced a preliminary list of 20 players: as communicated by the Ukrainian futsal committee this will be reduced to 14 for Ukraine in order to face the azzurre.

Games will take place on next thursday 26th (h. 18 local time, 17 CET) and saturday 28th (h. 16 local time, 15 CET) in the Lviv sport hall Halychyna.
