Road to Colombia 2016: important update from Africa

Who will be the three African queens joining the worldwide giants in Colombia 2016 World Cup? We will find it out at the end of April, when the Johannesburg challenge will determine the qualified nations. The CAF qualifiers are coming, splitted into a 12 countries preliminary round (knock-out/2 legs games) and the final tournament in South Africa with hosts and Egypt already in.

Angola, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Libya, Madagascar, Morocco, Mozambique, Nigeria, South Africa, Sudan, Tunisia and Zambia.

- System and format of qualification to the final tournament

Exempted : Egypt and South Africa

1. Angola vs Cameroon
2. Cameroon vs Angola

3. Nigeria vs Tunisia
4. Tunisia vs Nigeria

5. Equatorial Guinea vs Zambia
6. Zambia vs Equatorial Guinea

7. Morocco vs Ivory Coast
8. Ivory Coast vs Morocco

9. Mozambique vs Madagascar
10. Madagascar vs Mozambique

11. Libya vs Sudan
12. Sudan vs Libya

Dates:
First leg: 6/12/2015 (tbc)
Second leg: 13/12/2015 (tbc)


- Dates and venues of the final tournament
The final tournament will be played from 15 to 24 April 2016 in Johannesburg (South Africa).
