Venancio López, Head Coach of the Spanish National Futsal Team, was a speaker at the recent World Football & Futsal Coaching Conference held in Seville, Spain where he presented on “Finishing in Futsal & How To Train It”. He covered how these ideas and methods could be effectively applied in football.
The conference was organised by the Andalusian Football Federation to celebrate their centenary and had the support and collaboration of the Spanish Football Federation. More than 3,000 head coaches, fitness trainers and other professionals from across the world of football and futsal were in attendance to listen to the masterclass given by the three time European Champion winning coach.
In fact, it was a record attendance for a football coaching conference in Europe and all these coaches had the opportunity to listen how to train futsal appropriately and how this can be successfully utilised in the 11-a-side game. The response to the presentation was exceptional and received lots of positive feedback, with many particpants commenting how enlightening it was.
