futsal Premier Leagues for the season 2014/15 was presented today in hotel Terme, Ilidza at 14:15 hours.
Before the event started, president Elvedin Begic welcomed all atendees: "Our best football team departed to World Cup from this place exactly a year ago, and now we hold another event here for best Premier League players as a result of media committee's suggestion to the executive board. I think this gives our competitions even more importance.
Best Futsal Premier League goalkeeper award went to Bahrudin Omerbegovic from MNK Centar Sarajevo: "This is great award for all the effort I made throughout the years, and is a motivation to keep going. There are many talented goalkeepers in this league, which makes this award even more important for me."Best futsal player of the year is Anel Radmilovic, also from MNK Centar: "This is the crown of my career, I'm glad I got the award among so many talented futsal players. I'd like to thank all coaches and team captains who voted for me."Young Envera Hasanbegovic was the best goalkeeper in Women's Premier League: "I'd like to use this opportunity to thank my coaches and my family for supporting me. My team won two championships this year and will be participating in UEFA Champions League, and that is the proof hard work really pays off. My teammates from SFK 2000 are the best, and only with them I can be the best."
Armisa Kuc was voted the best female player of the season with 40 goals: "It's a beautiful feeling to be given this award. I'd like to thank FFBIH, my coach Samira Hurem and all my teammates without whom all of this wouldn't be possible."
Fair play award was awarded to young Dzenis Beganovic from Zeljeznicar, who stood up for his colleague from Siroki Brijeg when he was attacked by a group of hooligans last march. He hopes there will be no more unpleasant situations: "Even though I was awarded for it, that incident never should have happened. However I'd like to thank all of you for this, my friends were in danger and I tried to help them. I'm very sorry that happened, and I hope that was the last time."
Ratko Dujkovic from Zrinjski got the award for best Premier League goalkeeper: "It's an honor for me, the competition is very tough in my job, and I'd like to thank everyone who made this award possible."
And finally, the award for the best Premier League football player went to Brazilian Santos Lago Wagner who plays for NK Siroki Brijeg. Other two nominees were Riad Bajic (Zeljeznicar) and Gojko Cimirot (Sarajevo). He couldn't hide his enthusiasm: "I congratulate the promoters of this huge and pleasant event, as well as the other winners. I would also like to thank coaches, everyone at NK Siroki Brijeg, supporters and God who made this happen. God bless you all and entire Bosnia and Herzegovina."
