Dinamo Futsal has become well-known in the worldwide futsal community for their fanatical supporters. Now the club is utilising this following to help people in need with a
charity match against the Nordic Stars.
All money raised from ticket sales will go to help underprivileged children and families In Vukovar City. With 5000 to 6000 fans expected it is hoped significant funds will be raised. At the event on 29th December there will be other initiatives including a special programme to raise additional funds.
The
Nordic Stars squad features many internationals including Finland’s
Panu Autio and Greece’s
Yiannis Mostrios and will be led by two coaches
Vadim Lyashenko and
Mico Martic. Credit must go to the visitors who are all covering their own costs to attend the game in Zagreb, Croatia.
Dinamo Futsal has shown that with good management and hard work a futsal club can be built and become an important and positive part of their community.
