Eight AGLA BOYS At The Kuwait Tournament

The Italian national futsal will play in the Futsal Continental Cup in Kuwait between 23rd-28th October. The prestigious international tournament will feature, as well as the reigning European champions and the hosts, six other nations namely Brazil, Argentina, Czech Republic, Egypt, Japan and Guatemala. Italy’s rivals will be the hosts of Kuwait, Argentina and Egypt in Group A. Group B will be formed of Brazil, Japan, the Czech Republic and Guatemala. The Azzurri of Roberto Menichelli will debut tomorrow against the hosts. The day after they play with Egypt and on Saturday they have a big contest against Argentina.

The draw of Continental Futsal Cup has therefore reserved for Menichelli’s Azzurri two opponents they faced in the last edition of the World Cup in Thailand, as well as a fixture with the organisers of the event.

There are eight AGLA ENDORSED players invited to this prestigious competition on Asian soil. These are the three goalkeepers FRANCESCO MOLITIERNO(Lazio), STEFANO MAMMARELLA (Acqua & Sapone Emmegross) and DAVID PUTANO (Asti); and outfield players MASSIMO DE LUCA (Asti), MARCO ERCOLESSI (Pescara), RODOLFO FORTINO (Asti), HUMBERTO HONORIO (Luparense) and JULIOA MURILO FERREIRA (Acqua & Sapone Emmegross). Besides the players there is also Italy’s goalkeeper coach MAURO CETERONI.

It has the brand logo with breathable rubber. The model CONDOR is designed for fast and technical players who like to take to the court with light shoes. HONORIO, FORTINO and DE LUCA have worn the CONDOR model when they were crowned champions at the last Futsal Euro Championships in Antwerp.
