LUPARENSE – Goodbye Europe

Just 14 seconds from the end AGLA sponsored LUPARENSE’s European dream ended. A goal by the Serbs through Daniel made the final score 3-2 in the match against Ekonomac Kragujevac. Musti’s boys, who went behind twice and came back twice, only needed a draw to go to the next round but in the end it was the Serbian side and England champions Baku United who went through.

Now it is time to focus on the league championship where they opened with a 2-1 victory against Latina. For the second year in a row an Italian team did not qualify from the first round of Europe’s top competition for clubs (in 2013 Marca Futsal went out).
