The city of Milan will host the 3rd International Clinic for Futsal Coaches between Friday June 13th and Sunday June 15th. The clinic has become internationally renowned for bringing the world´s top coaches to share their knowledge and expertise with coaches from around the globe.

The clinic´s international reputation is enhanced by the fact the event is held simultaneously in three different languages; English, Spanish and Italian. Last year’s event saw coaches from across the globe gathering in the Italian city to further their coaching education, with 9 different nationalities represented.

This year´s event will be no different with presenters including José Venancio Lopez, Eduardo Garcia Belda “Miki” and Andrés Sanz. Lopez is Head Coach of the Spanish National Team and seen by many as the world’s best coach. He will be presenting on the Spanish defensive system and how to train it. Miki has worked in the Spanish 1st Division and is an ex-Spanish International. His topics will be discussing attacking in pairs and the 3-1 system. Finally Sanz, who teaches Spanish coaches for Spain’s federation and is Head Coach of one of the country’s leading women’s teams. His subjects will be how to teach Counter Attacking from the fundamentals to an advance level and how to attack against closed 2-2 defences. There will be both theoretical and practical sessions.

The course is suitable for coaches of all levels and there will an excellent mix of coaches in attendance, from those just beginning in the sport to professional coaches. As well as being able to chat with the speakers during breaks and meal times, the coaches will also find that their discussions between each other are very valuable.
