44 - Age of the oldest player to compete in the competition. Azerbaijan's goalkeeper Andrey Tveryankin was 44 years and 334 days old in the last edition when they won 9-8 against Serbia.
18 is the age of the youngest player to play in the finals. At 18 years and 355 days old, Italian Cristian Rizzo played against Ukraine in 2010.
11 - Highest goalscorer in a single finals tournament. This was by the great and late Russia Tsar, Kostantin Eremenko when Russia won in 1999.
8 - seconds was the quickest goal scored in the finals. This was by Azerbaijan's Felipe in that epic 9-8 game v Serbia in 2012.
20 - is the amount of goals of the finals top scorer, Russian legend Konstantin Eremenko. In 2nd is Spain's Daniel Ibanes with 16 and in 3rd is Ukraine's Serhiy Koridze with 15. Eremenko scored 44 goals if qualifying rounds are included.
19 - is the age of the youngest goalscorer in the tournament. Andriano Foglia from Spain scored against Russia in 2001 at 19 years and 303 days.
36 - is the age of the oldest goalscorer in the tournament. This was achieved by FutsalPlanet's very own Mico Martic at 36 years and 364 days against Poland in 2001.
1,200,000 is the population of host city Antwerp, the second biggest city in Belgium behind Brussels.
8 - is the number of finals tournaments Russia, Italy and Spain have featured in. These three are the only nations to qualify for every edition and also the only teams to have won the competition.
6 - is the amount of times have won the tournament. Only Russia in 1999 and Italy in 2003 have managed to stop them.
5 - is the highest amount of goals scored by one player in a single game. This was done by Serhiy Koridze of Ukraine against Portugal in 2003.
1996 - was the first year the tournament was held. In that edition hosts Spain were victorious beating Russia 5-3 in the final.
14,300 - was the record attendance when Russia met hosts Croatia in semi-final in 2012.
45 - Number of nations who participated in UEFA Futsal Euro 2014 qualifying with the aim to be one of the 12 to make the finals.
17 - was the record amount of goals scored in one match. This was from that memorable contest between Azerbaijan and Serbia which finished 9-8.
490 - was the number of goals recorded in the qualifying phases for Futsal EURO 2014. 10.9% of all shots re
76.5 - is Spain's winning percentage in the tournament, the best of any nation.
2016 - the year the next edition of the tournament will be held where Serbia will be hosts.
