Dominican Republic will Host International Futsal Cup

Santo Domingo, Jan 1

Cuba, Guatemala, Haiti and Dominican Republic will compete in an international Futsal Cup to be held in this capital on February 1st and 2nd, 2014.

According to press releases, the tournament, organized by the National District Football Association will be based at the Palace of Volleyball, in the Olympic Center Juan Pablo Duarte.

According to Adalberto Rodriguez, president of that entity, for the first time Dominican Republic will host an event of this type.

Along with the Football Association we are working to ensure the success of the event, said the official, who also thanked the support of Sports Minister Jaime David Fernandez.
