Kuwait News AgencyKazma losses to Santiago in World Futsal Tournament in KuwaitKUWAIT, July 13 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Kazma Futsal team lost to Spanish Santiago Futsal 0-1 during Group D competitions of the Kuwait Mini World Futsal Club Tournament, currently held in Kuwait and lasts until July 26.
Santiago's Diego Quintela Carril scored his team's goal in the 30th minute of the match that took place at Kazma Sporting Club Hall.
In the same context, Croatia's MNK Alumnus team tied its Thai counterpart Chonburi 2-2 during their match which was also within Group D competitions.
Alumnus' Hrvoje Penava scored his team's goals in minutes two and 38 of the match, while Chonburi's Kritsada Wongkaeo and Rudimar Venancio scored for their team in minutes 22 and 39.
Meanwhile, Chonburi's Sarawut Jaipech was given the red card by the referee for a foul he committed as he was given two yellow cards during the match.
The second round of competitions will resume tomorrow with two matches, in which Egypt's Misr LelMakasa faces Ukraine's Cardinal-Rivne, and Saudi's Al-Nasser meets Columbia's Atletico Huila.
