Iran to play Venezuela in Women's Futsal World Tournament

Iran will face Venezuela in Group A of the third edition of the Women's Futsal World Tournament on Monday.

The competition will kick off from December 3 in Oliveira de Azemeis, Portugal and will run until December 9.

Group A consists of Portugal (host), Iran, Brazil, Japan and Venezuela.

In Group B, teams Spain, Russia, Costa Rica, Malaysia and Ukraine will be competing together.

The Women's Futsal World Tournament is an international women's futsal competition of the same kind of the FIFA Futsal World Championship. It was first held in 2010, but is not organized by FIFA.
