2012 Japan Tour for Taipei-SCSC

Taipei-SCSC women's futsal club head coach Fatih Kale named his squad for the "2012-Japan Tour", which will be held in Nagoya,JAPAN from November 23 to 26 2012.

According to a press release issued by the club today, the squad will play two friendly matches. The first match will be played on November 24 against Central Japan Aichi Select Team, followed by the second match against Japan National Team on November 26 .

Both matches will take place at the TEVA Nagoya Ocean Arena.

“We are very excited. We long wanted to test the level our women's futsal against strong opponents.

Now will have an unprecedented David versus Goliath challange for us. Two times Asian Champions Japan National Team are preparing for the Women's World Cup and we have the opportunity to play against them in Nagoya. In 2010 our club invited the OSAKA select team to Taiwan and played some matches here. But this will be the first time for Taiwanese women to play futsal outside Taiwan” the press release quoted Kale.

Kale is optimistic his club's efforts will accelerate the creation of a Chinese Taipei Women's National Team in the near future.
