Italian futsal team to play in HCM City

The Italian futsal (indoor football) team will participate in an international tournament to be held in HCM City later this month.

The event, to also feature Uzbekistan, Kuwait and Viet Nam, will be played at the Tan Binh Gymnasium in Tan Binh District from October 25 to 27.

The Vietnamese team, coached by Italian Sergio Gargelli, assembled on Monday to prepare for the tournament.

Gargelli is expected to test many new faces at the camp to develop a core of players for the future.
