NATIONAL futsal team, Kurukuru, is now a more organised and discipline side after a week of training under the guidance of technical coach Brazilian Juliano Schemling.

Schemling arrived Monday last week and has made significant improvement in preparing the side for the upcoming World Cup in Thailand in November.
The Brazilian told the local media this week discipline and team organization are two important ingredients that make a good team.
“On discipline, players need to show good leadership and sportsmanship both on and off the field.

“On team organisation, players need to play and work as a team,” he added.
The coach said he plans to get the boys to play friendly matches in Australia and Spain before heading off to Thailand.

The Kurukuru players have been committing their time with Schemling since his arrival.
Captain Elliot Ragomo said the boys were so fortunate to have technical coach like Juliano at their disposal at this critical time.
He said they are taking on every advice the Brazilian is giving them.

“It is not an easy job but it has brighten up our training,” he said.
Ragomo said Schemling does not only teach them to be organised and disciplined, but also tutored them with video seasons, which they will continue practicing them.
Meanwhile, the national soccer technical coach Frenchman Laurent Papillion has joined

Papillion said it’s time to put our focus on the Kurukuru as they prepare for the world cup.
He said OFC has spend a lot of money to bring professional coaches like Schemling to progress the team into another level.

Solomon Islands were drawn in group F against Russia, Guatemala and Colombia.
